Ohio Needs ActBlue - Please Help

A number of months ago, there was an initial push to get ActBlue rolled out to the state level offices.  There was a poll and five states were chosen.  After that initial push, ActBlue raised about $1,400 for Ohio and then a long lull.

There was another push which has gotten Ohio up to $2,672.02 but we need to get that total up to $10,000.

Now ... I'm mystified why Ben hasn't pushed harder to get these states funded, but there is a critical need.

As Howard Dean recently said, Ohio is the center of corruption in 2006 and we need to not only get statewide offices, but at least as important we need help getting back the two houses of the state legislature.

Please donate what you can by clicking on this link and help restore Ohio.  We'll need Ohio on our side in 2008 ... getting the corrupt GOP out in 2006 is the very first step.

I've experienced this over and over with the local DFA. Everyonhe talks a big game about "down ticket" and "grassroots", but then they lard up on Marquis races. We had a hell of a time getting a lousy couple of people over to VA House of Delegates campaign efforts, as everyone that blabbed about "down ticket" and "farm team" quietly made excuses...and then worked on the Kaine campaign.

Strickland is going to be the nex t OH governor (none / 0)

He is going to win because, Taft administration is so corrupt, and they haven't latched onto to his Secretary of State Ken Blackwell.  Strickland also comes from Buchanan country where alot of gun owners come from and they are looking for people that share their ideas, Ken Blackwell doesn't share those ideals, he is just tied to the corrupt Taft admin.  As for the Senate campaign, we don't know who will be the nominee, I think if Hackett gets the nod because of his military background, he stands better than Brown against DeWine, so that race is still yet to be determined.
